Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied and would like to return and exchange the product, or receive a full refund (excluding postage, if applicable), please contact us via the website. This must be within 14 working days from delivery.

Within the order packaging, you will find a Returns Note with details of your order together with details of our returns process. If you have any further questions please contact us via the website.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we would be happy to exchange the items or offer you a full refund.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Cancelling An Order

You have the statutory right to cancel or withdraw your order, but no later than 7 working days after the day you receive the product. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are received. Simply email us during working hours at with your name, address and order reference number.
